Return Policy

Return within 4 days of delivery. Product must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice. Slight color differences due to lighting or photography resolution will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified. Amount refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days. For service-related purchases, no refund or cancellation will be entertained once payment is made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 9944563569) or email No cancellation once the order is dispatched. A 2% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount for canceled orders. Kaira Drapes reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock, courier, or other operational issues.
