Return Policy

Return within 4 days of delivery. Product must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice. Slight color differences due to lighting or photography resolution will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange. For damaged or wrong items, send an uncut parcel opening video to rhythmenterprises.live@gmail.com

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified. Amount refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 9944563569) or email No cancellation once the order is dispatched. A 2% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount for canceled orders. Kaira Drapes reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock, courier, or other operational issues.
